Polar Tint Parker North opens at 10232 Progress Ln on June 3, 2026. This is the first Polar Tint location in Colorado and the first in the Front Range region.
What we’re installing
The full Polar Tint product catalog from day one:
- Automotive Nano Ceramic window tint — three grades, up to 98% IR rejection, Colorado-legal VLTs
- Paint protection film (PPF) — self-healing urethane, four coverage levels
- Ceramic coating — 3M ceramic coating (2yr) through lifetime 3M ceramic coating, 9H+
- Residential window film — heat-rejection, security, privacy, and low-E insulating film (Colorado winter insulation focus)
- Commercial window film — solar, security, anti-graffiti for Front Range offices
- Decals and vehicle wraps
Front Range climate specifics
Polar Tint Parker North’s product mix is climate-tuned for the Front Range:
- Altitude UV: Parker sits at ~5,800 ft elevation. UV intensity is materially higher than at sea level. Every Polar Tint Nano Ceramic film blocks 99% UV across the VLT range.
- Winter de-icer chemistry: Colorado roads see heavy magnesium chloride and brine treatments. Multi-layer ceramic coatings (3M ceramic coating and 3M ceramic coating) add chemical resistance against road salt etching.
- Hot summers, cold winters: low-E insulating residential film handles both directions — keeps heat in during winter, out during summer.
Colorado tint law
Colorado caps front side windows at 27% VLT and rear sides at 27%. The back window can be any darkness. We’ll walk you through every VLT option for your vehicle and where each one falls relative to the law, so you can choose with full information. See the window tint law guide for details.
